Well, I just finished watching the new bionic woman. I have to say, good but not the best ever. I suppose I have to give the new Bionic Woman a chance. I’m having a problem though, figuring out if she’s hot or not. I don’t have cable, so crappy Wave 3 is static on static. These still pictures would lead you to believe she’s a smokin’ hottie. When I watch the show or the video clips on the web, she’s just kind of hot. I don’t know, is kind of hot good enough for a woman with bionics?
If we look back at the original Bionic Woman, she wasn’t a smokin hottie either. Now, I wasn’t born in the 70’s or the 60’s so I might not be the best person to judge Lindsay Wagner. She looked gold next to Steve Austin.
So, would I want Bionics in my body? Hell Yes! Chop off my legs and give me some of those fancy Bionic Limbs! It would be awesome to run sixty miles an hour and bend metal bars with my bare hands. Well, hand. Neither one had both arms replaced. Sometimes when your watching the shows, it looks like producers forgot that fact. When I had cable I used to watch the Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman. They were great! Even with the special effects of the 70’s the show was worth watching. Something I loved about the Bionic Woman was the Bionic Dog. I think his name was MAX. He even made the noise when he did his thing!
I know it’s just a TV show, but I always wondered why when Jamie was lifting a car with arm…why the thing didn’t rip off her body. What was holding that thing on? Bionic Tendons?
The same guy does this new remake as Battlestar Galactica. David Eick has done a great job resurrecting old series so far. I just hope they focus on the story and give some glimpses of the tech kind of like they do on BG. Speaking of that, I’m kind of sad that BG is going to be ending this year. I love that show!
